Conversion to article[edit]

Since this subject passes Wikipedia:NGEO, being in the Canadian equivalent of the NGIS, I've turned it from a redirect to an article. As such, its wikiproject ratings have been reset to unassigned, though it will almost certainly be rated as a stub. Furthermore, if anybody is able to find population figures for the settlement, that would be greatly appreciated, as I searched without luck for close to an hour.
