I think in the list of participating leaders, it should somewhere be noted, that these are the 'expected' participants, as there might be changes in government in any countries before the summit takes place. On the other hand, von der Leyen should be added as the EU Commission president: while it is correct that there are EU elections shortly before the summit, the new Parliament won't constitute itself before the summit (and definitively won't have time to elect a new commission even if it would) so whatever the result, she will still be in office. 92.21.241.137 (talk) 09:20, 12 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
