In Turkey it is common to sort a list of names by the given names, but I think for the English Wikipedia we should sort the various lists by the last name, as is commonly done for category sorting as well – for example, Sabahattin Ali has {{DEFAULTSORT:Ali, Sabahattin}}. --Lambiam 01:37, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
