Should this only include citizens of Armenia[edit]

Should this category only include citizens of Armenia (First Republic of Armenia, 1918-1920, Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic, 1920-1991, and of course post-1991 Armenia), or should this also include people of Armenian descent who were citizens of other countries (including ethnic Armenians from the Ottoman Empire and the Russian Empire)?

I'm inclined to add ethnic Armenians of other citizenships, but I'd like to hear feedback. WhisperToMe (talk) 06:24, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@WhisperToMe: I'd say that "Armenian emigrants" refers to Armenians as an ethnic group, definitely not limited to any citizenship. Lennart97 (talk) 10:17, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
