Category pages not included in WikiProject Sanitation[edit]

I've been working for a while on the WikiProject Sanitation and our convention has been not to tag category pages with the WikiProject Sanitation. Not sure if other WikiProjects handle this differently. That's why I've removed the tag. Is that a problem? If needed, discuss on talk page of WikiProject Sanitation?
