This appears to be a legitimate user and not a vandal, and this was triggered on the word Cool when adding Tré Cool - drums.

When I try to publish the changes, I keep getting an error message, and warned that, if I insist, I will be blocked from editing. Perhaps Wikipedia interprets the author's last name "Dick" (full name: Chris Dick) as foul language.
