I think that this is a ankara ( angora) cat kitten rather than van because it has a very long hair. Van cat has a short hair mostly.

They shed their long fur seasonally, Shana. He, the villager holding it, wanted $250 for it. I told him if he thinks he can get that for a kitten he should be breeding cats rather than sheep!
