English: The map shows where the Confederate troops fled after the Battle of Droop Mountain on November 6, 1863. Two Union forces unsuccessfully tried to catch the Confederates at Lewisburg.

Source This is a crop of an 1864 map created by Alvin Jewett Johnson. The entire map can be found in the Library of Congress here, and shows Virginia, Delaware, Maryland & West Virginia.
