Other information	It's quite possibly free anyway. On the Russian Wikipedia they claim it's free. That would require knowing who made it, though, and it's not clear to me that they do. It was published in 1926. There's a reasonable chance that the person who made it died before 1945, which is 70 years ago. The copyright might have devolved to the Soviet state and its successors, though, which never dies. So you tell me.
