English: Walter Isaac "Bob" Palmer (1926–2004) was an American aircraft engineer, educator, farmer and politician. Palmer represented the Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska in the Alaska Senate from 1967 to 1974, resigning to become chief of staff to governor Jay Hammond and later an adviser to Hammond on policy issues.
